Hello Everyone,

On Saturday, April 2nd from 9am – 11am we will be presenting  Beekeeping 401– Beekeeper for a day.

We only have room for a few students, so if you are interested stop by the store and sign up as soon as possible.

When colonies start getting bigger than you can manage or you have one that is ready to swarm on you, action must be taken.  Join us to learn how to split a colony and get over the fear of doing things wrong.  This can help prevent swarming and increase your apiary numbers, especially if they have taken a hit coming out of winter.

Protective gear is required for this class.

The course fee is $40 and will be held at the Bees in the ‘Burbs store complex (28634 Maple Valley Black Diamond Road SE, Maple Valley 98038). Please call or stop by the store to sign up.

Warm regards,
Norm Holcomb
