Saturday, June 8th 12:30 – 3:00pm Bees in the ’Burbs Store

•REQUIRED: Bee Suit (Full Coverall with Veil) & Gloves

We have an awesome opportunity for 10 people (per class) to join us for a day of beekeeping!
During this beekeeper for a day we will start preparing for the himalayan blackberry flow, checking for mites, and making sure we reduce swarming potential. All three are hot topics for spring that you can use to help give your bees a better chance in winter. The more honey, the less mites, and less swarming, the better!

The cost of this class will be $50 per session and is NON-REFUNDABLE due to the fact that it is a small class & fills up fast. This class will be taught by Danny Najera.

You will need to bring the following:
•Lunch/drinks
•Bee Suit
•Hive Tool
•Bee Brush
You may also be required to lift heavy bee boxes.
We will provide the rest of the tools that are needed, smokers etc,
PLEASE NOTE: YOU WILL NOT BE ABLE TO ATTEND THE CLASS WITHOUT A FULL COVERALL WITH A VEIL! We have Suits available at our store.

We only have room for 10 people per class, so if you’d like to join us please stop by the store a soon as possible to sign up or call 425-432-1213.

Warm regards,
Norm Holcomb
