Beekeeping 204 -Preparing for winter – 11/1/15 10:00 am – 12:00
What do honeybees need to survive the winter?  In this class we wil look at the basic biology of winter preparation and discuss what Beekeepers can do to help the honeybees along.  This is one of the most challenging aspects of beekeeping in the Pacific Northwest.  Clearly, it is more complicated than just providing them honey stores.

Returning to instruct the course is Danny Najera.

The course fee is $40 and will be held at the Bees in the ‘Burbs store complex (28634 Maple Valley Black Diamond Road SE, Maple Valley 98038). Please call or stop by the store to sign up.

Warm regards,
Norm Holcomb
