Beekeeping 204 – Preparing for Winter

Beekeeping 204:
What do honeybees need to survive the winter? In this class we will look at the basic biology of winter preparation and discuss what Beekeepers can do to help the honeybees along. This is one of the most challenging aspects of beekeeping in the Pacific Northwest. Clearly, it is more complicated than just providing them honey stores.

The classes will cost the same as usually, $35 per person
